Barksdale Spring/Summer 2013

Barksdale’s Spring/Summer 2013 show took place at the Cellar Bar, at the Bryant Park Hotel.  The collection, named ‘Albatross’, featured prints (both colored and monochrome) and textures, along with the careful use of embellishments. Marianna Barksdale started the label in 2011 and creates both avant-garde and ready-to-wear clothing, with a focus on luxury and a high level of craftsmanship. The intimate venue was perfect for showing the collection and I really enjoyed the show.
