I’ve been a huge fan of ginger crunch ever since I can remember. My Mum used to make it and put it in my school lunchbox and definitely one of those nostalgic foods that I’ll never tire of. Wild Wheat recently came out with their own version ($4), and I was excited to try it. The ginger crunch itself stays true to the original, which we’ve all come to love so much, but is updated with special toppings: apricot, pistachio nuts and a unique crumble which is made with Wild Wheat’s own sourdough breadcrumbs. I really like these chosen toppings as they complement the ginger crunch well without overpowering it. Grab one while you can, I know I’ll be back for more.
