A Snowy Wonderland

My favorite season for taking photos in Central Park is definitely winter. I just can’t get over how it looks like a magical wonderland when the park is blanketed in snow, it really is so beautiful. We’re experiencing an arctic blast this week, and it snowed all day Tuesday with temperatures around -13 degrees celsius. On Wednesday we woke up to around 10 inches of snow and although it was freezing, the sun was out so I bundled up with many layers and headed to Central Park to get these shots. The German Shepard I encountered in the Sheep Meadow field made me laugh. He was having such a great time rolling in the snow like he was having a snow bath and racing around like an excited puppy.
